  8. Add the cauliflower in a baking tray. Mix the remaining chestnut with the breadcrumbs and add some seasoning.
  9. Apply some olive oil on the cauliflower and then pat the breadcrumb and chestnut mixture over it.
  10. Heat the oven to 200-degree Celsius and roast cauliflower for 45 minutes or until its golden brown in colour and crispy.
