Good quality, size not matching description

Purchased this for a friend. It looks and feels great, no problem with the quality of material, the zips or the print and finish.

The size of the bag doesn't match the description, it is not 42 cm in height. More like 25 cm. They probably added the maximum length of the straps or the holder on top to make it 42, but the bag itself does not reach 42 cm in height. Cannot be used to carry books that are A4 in size, or a normal sized laptop.
The inside of the bag has a small zipped pouch but otherwise no compartments.

All in all, happy with the purchase but would have liked the bag to be a bit bigger, so it could be used daily for school/college or work.
