If I had to order it from amazon or some reputed website my concern would have been addressed.
Any kind of alternative would have helped.
Such as cancel the order and place it again.

As we can check, your order was placed on the 14th of August and delivered on the 19th of August. Your order was shipped on the same day of receipt and we received an email from your end after the product was shipped.

We have an express delivery system wherein once dispatched, changes in the address are not allowed by the delivery partner except for minor changes like a landmark, house number, or building name.

We understand your concern and we will surely take this up with the carrier to ensure cases like this are not repeated in the future.
